This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Systems Engineer looking to work across both project delivery and BAU support within a growing technical team. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions while working with clients across healthcare, professional services, finance, and enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Deliver end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
Provide Level 3 BAU support across customer environments.
Deploy and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Design and implement Windows Server environments.
Manage Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy.
Deploy Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management solutions.
Perform Microsoft 365 migrations including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
Support virtualisation platforms including VMware and Hyper V.
Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
Troubleshoot networking including VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and firewalls.
Produce technical documentation and handover documentation.




Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout project delivery.

Skills/Must Have:
4+ years' experience in Systems Engineering.
Previous MSP or IT consulting experience is highly desirable.
Solid customer facing communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
Able to work independently while collaborating with a technical team.
Passionate about learning new technologies and delivering exceptional customer service.
Microsoft certifications such as AZ 104, AZ 305, MS 102 or equivalent are advantageous.
