Kenworth DAF Melbourne is seeking two proactive Service Advisors to be the main point of contact for customers through the service process. You will ensure a smooth, professional experience from enquiry to repair completion.
Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in automotive/transport, solid communication skills, and be highly organized. Occasional Saturdays and breakdown phone rotations may be required.
