Property Law Clerk - Conveyancing / Leasing

We are seeking an
experienced
Conveyancing / Leasing Law Clerk with great personality who will enjoy working in our busy Bentleigh office. We require someone who can manage their own files and assist other senior conveyancing staff with their workload. You must have the ability to prioritise competing tasks and communicate clearly, including:
Handling conveyancing matters from start of finish.
Review Contracts of Sale pre-purchase.
Enthusiasm for looking after and building relationships with our clients is essential.
Liaising with Estate Agents, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, external solicitors and conveyancers, government authorities, etc.
Preparation of all commercial lease related documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
