We are seeking an experienced
Automotive Fabricator
to join our team at MPW PERFORMANCE AND RACE FAB' in Keysborough, VIC. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the fabrication and custom modification of high-performance automotive parts and components.
What you'll be doing
Fabricating and modifying automotive parts and components to custom specifications
Performing welding, cutting, and other metal fabrication techniques
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to bring concepts to life
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Fabricator or in a similar role
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques
Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and equipment, such as lathes, mills, and plasma cutters




Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Passion for high-performance automotive engineering
