An exciting opportunity has opened up for a driven and motivated individual to secure long term work whilst earning above award rates and penalties. This permanent full time role is based in Metropolitan Melbourne.
About the candidate:
Minimum 4 years post apprenticeship experience
Possession of a valid Driver's License and Electrical License
Sound knowledge of AS**** and VSIR requirements
Take pride in the quality of their work and confidence in their work ability
Experience in service works and completing adhoc jobs
Experience in communications cabling and terminations
Experience in shutdown and Main Switchboard upgrade works
Exhibit strong core values and solid work ethics
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to interpret plans and forecast project program
Demonstrate ability to read mark up drawings, SLD's and switchboard drawings




Demonstrate ability to follow established processes
Experience in Civil and in slab conduit work

This role encompasses a diverse range of work within the electrical industry such as large-scale construction projects, communications projects, electrical metering, EV charging, preventative service maintenance including adhoc service jobs, office fit-outs, airport refurbishment works, main switchboard upgrades, generator and UPS connections. Our company is committed to providing training and upskilling opportunities to ensure employees stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills in the electrical industry. The position is based in Metro Melbourne, but there are also opportunities for travel to regional Victoria and interstate locations.
