Mojo Dojo Corporation Pty Ltd We are seeking an experienced Advertising Specialist to join our team at Mojo Dojo. In this role, you will devise, plan, and coordinate advertising campaigns with a strong focus on paid digital channels that encourage consumers to purchase client goods and services.
This role is critical to delivering measurable growth for Mojo Dojo's clients through strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimisation in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Task & responsibilities Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and client ROI targets.
Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness, and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services. Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities such as artwork, copywriting, scripting, and social media and search engine placement within time and budget constraints. Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services; collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs. Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services.



Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites. Monitoring performance of initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights; analysing data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms; recommending updates to improve search engine and advertising metrics.
Qualification & experience AQF Bachelor degree or higher (or assessed equivalent) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business (with a major in marketing/advertising), or a highly relevant field Minimum 2 years of post-qualification, full-time (or equivalent) experience in advertising campaign management Experience working in a digital marketing agency setting, particularly with paid advertising, PPC, and social media campaigns, is highly regarded Proven track record using digital advertising platforms, data analysis, client liaison, and delivering measurable campaign results Strong written and verbal communication skills
