This full-time role is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial appliances, including boiling/chilled water units, dishwashers, fridges and other kitchen equipment.
What you'll be doing
Service, diagnose and repair a variety of commercial appliances, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on commercial appliances to ensure optimal performance
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
Comply with all relevant safety and quality standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery
What we're looking for




Proven experience as an appliance technician with a refrigeration, plumbing or electrical background, with a focus on commercial appliances
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial appliance repair and maintenance is required
Technical expertise in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial appliances
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
A commitment to safety and attention to detail
Relevant trade qualifications or certificates, electrical and plumbing favourable.
Current Australian driver's license
Current or ability to obtain a transparent police check
Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children check
Australian permanent residency status is required for this position
