The Role
As a Maths Tutor, you will:
Deliver engaging maths lessons to small groups of students
Support both primary and secondary students with their individual learning goals
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
Utilise Kip McGrath's teaching resources and technology to deliver lessons
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate lesson records
Communicate student achievements and areas for development with parents
Work collaboratively with the centre team to ensure excellent educational outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A qualification in Teaching or Education
A current Victorian Working with Children Check
Strong mathematical knowledge and confidence teaching primary and secondary students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, qualified, and reliable approach
Strong organisational and computer skills
A genuine passion for helping students succeed
