If you're passionate about supporting people with disability to build confidence, independence, and meaningful community connections, this opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact through inclusive, engaging programs.
In this role, you will plan, deliver, and review inclusive community programs that build social and recreational skills, support independence and wellbeing, and promote meaningful participation and connection for people with disability within their local community.
This is a permanent full-time chance working Monday - Friday, you will join a lively team working between both our Miranda and Campbelltown offices.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitating programs by running group-based activities such as social, recreational, and life-skills programs that promote participation and inclusion
Program development, including designing creative, engaging, and goal-aligned programs that reflect participant interests, abilities, and support needs
Participant support, ensuring all activities are inclusive, safe, respectful, and delivered using a person-centred approach
Team coordination, providing guidance and support to support workers during program delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and positive outcomes
Compliance and safety, including adherence to NDIS Practice Standards, completion of risk assessments, and accurate maintenance of documentation
The annual salary for this role is between
$80,000 and $85,700 (plus superannuation),
dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programs effectively
Initiative and problem‐solving skills, with confidence to adapt programs as required
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to diverse participant needs and changing environments
A genuine passion for disability support and community inclusion
Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Screening Check
