Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges; Weed identification and control; Planting, mulching, and garden improvements
Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain high standards of workmanship, Ensure worksites are clean, protected, and well-presented
Skills & Experience




Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience (essential)
Current Victorian Driver's Licence (preferred)
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
