Looking for more than just a driving job? If you're an experienced HR Driver who enjoys staying active and getting stuck into hands‐on work, this is your opportunity to join a respected waste management company where your effort truly counts.
You'll be partnered with a truck jockey, but this is far from a sit‐behind‐the‐wheel role. You'll play a key part in collecting and loading hard rubbish into the truck's compactor‐so being physically fit and ready for manual work is essential.

What You'll Be Doing




Safely operate HR vehicles across residential routes
Load and handle hard rubbish (up to 25kg) from nature strips
Assist with general labouring and occasional yard duties
Navigate tight streets and stick to scheduled runs
Work closely with your team to deliver efficient service
What You'll Need
Valid HR License (minimum 1-year Australian experience)
Ability to provide 5-year driving history from VicRoads
Experience in residential or tight-access driving (highly regarded)
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
Reliable, punctual, and safety‐focused
Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing
