A fantastic prospect for an experienced person to join the Management / Supervisor Team of a well known venue located in theNorthern Suburbs. Comprising50 Gaming Machines, Sports Bar, Tab, Function roomsand Bistro, this venue is seeking an energetic industry professional to join their team.
You will be responsible for leading and training the Gaming, Food and Beverage teams, managing key shifts and setting an exceptional standard of service. In this role you will have the full support and training of a large Group Operations and dedicated Management Team
To be suitable for this role you will have:
Experience working in a similar operationfor at least 2years.
A Current Victorian Gaming Licence,RSA and RSG Certificates and / or TAB Licence
Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
A strong understanding of System 1 and the roles of a Gaming Supervisor.
Ability to create and maintain a great atmosphere for employees and customers alike.
You will be well presented with a strong and reliable work history within the industry and a real passion for providing excellent service in a busy environment.
