Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Service Transition
Aspirante is partnering with Queensland Government's Child Safety Department to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the transition of a major enterprise platform from remediation into reliable, sustainable and business-owned operations.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will establish the governance, operating model, roadmap and service arrangements needed to move the platform from project-led delivery into BAU.
The Role
Working across business, technology, operational and vendor teams, you will:
Develop and manage the BAU transition roadmap.
Establish governance forums, decision pathways and executive reporting.
Coordinate readiness assessments, assurance activities and transition gates.
Maintain a prioritised roadmap covering remediation, releases, defects and system dependencies.
Clarify business ownership, accountabilities and service support arrangements.
Implement the future operating model and sustainable BAU planning cycles.
Monitor service health, incidents, risks, user experience and performance.
Develop practical dashboards, benefits measures and continuous improvement processes.
Coordinate workforce transition, capability uplift and knowledge transfer.
Manage senior stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.

About You
You will be a senior Project, Program or Transition Manager with demonstrated experience moving complex enterprise systems from project delivery into BAU.
You will bring:
Proven project-to-BAU or service-transition experience.
Experience with enterprise application remediation or stabilisation.
Strong operating model, governance and assurance capability.
Experience establishing business ownership and accountability structures.
Strong executive, operational and technical stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing roadmaps, prioritisation processes and readiness assessments.
Knowledge of service performance, continuous improvement and benefits tracking.
Experience managing vendors, workforce transition and capability uplift.
A track record delivering within complex, regulated or risk-sensitive environments.
Queensland Government or broader public-sector experience will be highly regarded.
