Bar Elvina is seeking an experienced Kitchen Chef for Avalon Beach, offering a long-term position in our busy neighbourhood kitchen & bar serving seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired dishes. You'll own the kitchen when the Head Chef is away and run service from the pass, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and portion control.
Evening and weekend availability is required. We value a calm, dependable team player who understands stock management, food safety and kitchen procedures
