C3 Construction Group Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Concreter to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. This is a full time position where you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and pouring concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structures
Accurately measuring and mixing concrete according to specifications
Finishing concrete surfaces using appropriate techniques
Operating machinery and equipment required for concrete work
Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
Maintaining a safe and tidy work setting at all times
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Concreter, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the industry
Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
Proficient in using concrete equipment and machinery
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions




Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Construction Industry White Card or equivalent
