About the Opportunity
We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Paralegal or Law Clerk to
join our fast-growing team. You will work with, and learn from, Willed Law's
experienced lawyers including an Accredited Wills & Estates Specialist to help take
this area of our business to the next level.
Your varied role will include:
Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
Correspondence and liaison with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other organisations
Managing files from commencement to completion
Providing support to lawyers within Will Law
Attending to enquiries from potential clients
Dealing with inbound sales enquiries to acquire new clients
This position is Full-Time and based in Elsternwick, Victoria.

It is essential that you have
A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills
A desire to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills. You're comfortable on the phone and meeting with
clients
Ability to prioritise and multitask, and work effectively without constant supervision
Some office or administrative experience
It is preferred that you have:
12 months experience in a similar role. You may be completing your practical legal training or you may have recently completed it.
Experience in the areas of Wills and Estates will be highly considered
Knowledge or experience with Smokeball
Knowledge or experience with PEXA and the Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system
