Expected salary: $35 - $55 per hour

Tumbulgum Tavern is on the lookout for a Chef to join our team - with the exciting opportunity to help shape a brand new kitchen, currently under construction!
What we're looking for:
Trade-qualified Chef (or Demi Chef working towards qualification)
Solid experience in a busy pub/tavern kitchen
Confident with pub classics and modern bistro-style menus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during service
Food safety certification
Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their section
What you'll do:
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent, high standard
Manage your section during busy service periods
Assist with prep, stock rotation,



and kitchen cleanliness
Be part of setting up and running our new state-of-the-art kitchen
Work alongside our team to deliver great food, every time
