We are seeking a motivated, polished and career-focused Junior Retail Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne boutique. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for premium service, and wants to build a long-term career in luxury retail.
About the Role
As a Junior Retail Sales Consultant, you will help deliver an exceptional boutique experience while learning from experienced luxury sales professionals.
You will receive structured training in luxury sales, client relationship management, product knowledge, boutique operations and after-sales service, giving you the foundation to build a rewarding career with Monards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in a qualified boutique environment.
Assist clients in selecting luxury watches and jewellery through personalised service.
Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and after-sales care.




Maintain accurate client records and support CRM activities.
Develop comprehensive product knowledge.
Support the team in achieving sales objectives.
Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Assist with stock control and daily boutique operations.
Handle high-value products with care, professionalism and integrity.
Follow company policies, security procedures and operational standards.
Skills & Experience

Availability
Applicants should be available to work a flexible retail roster, including weekends, public holidays, late-night trading and peak trading periods.
