The Guests Services Agent is a casual role that provides a seamless first impression at check-in while ensuring our guest requests and accommodation related needs are looked after during their stay. Continued training across food & beverage departments is also available for applicants for further personal development.

Suitable applicants are those that have relevant experience as a Guest Services Agent with an understanding of accommodation property management systems or has a desire to up skill and be trained across in food & beverage departments.
Experience with any property management system is required for this role.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in Guest Services Agent positions.
This casual position requires availability for 24/ 7 rotating shifts to meet operational demands.
Mandatory availability for weekend and public holiday shifts is required.
Full availability is required to meet the demands of 24/7 rotating shift operations.
