Fibreglass Mould Technician – Repairs and Maintenance
We are seeking a Fibreglass Mould Repair Technician to join our manufacturing team in Hallam. This is a hands‐on workshop role focused on repairing, maintaining, and refurbishing fibreglass moulds used in the production of spas and swim spas.
This role suits someone with experience in fibreglass repair, composites, or mould work who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and maintaining production moulds to a skilled standard.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out structural and cosmetic fibreglass repairs on production moulds
Perform gelcoat repairs and refinishing
Prepare mould surfaces including sanding, filling, polishing, and detailing
Assist with mould maintenance and refurbishment
Ensure all repairs are completed to a high professional standard
Complete work within required timeframes




Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Skills and Experience
Minimum 6 months experience in fibreglass repair or composites work
Experience with gelcoat repairs and mould finishing
Previous experience working with fibreglass moulds, boat building, composites, or similar industries highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good time management and organisational skills
