Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
Develop personalised treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitised, and prepared according to infection control standards.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
Promote and sell skincare and beauty products where appropriate.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with appointment scheduling and general reception duties when required.
Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and treatment techniques.
