As a reliability professional at Visy, you will be part of an workplace where uptime, asset performance and disciplined maintenance directly drive success.
What you'll do:
Drive reliability improvements across paper machines, stock prep and associated plant
Analyse equipment performance and lead root cause investigations to eliminate failures




Develop and optimise preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Partner closely with operations and maintenance to improve uptime and performance
What you will bring:
Mechanical Engineering (or related) background
Strong experience in pulp and paper manufacturing environments
Deep understanding of paper machine systems and supporting equipment
Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management within paper mills
Proven problem-solving capability with a structured approach
Ability to work cross-functionally in continuous manufacturing environments
For leadership roles, experience leading teams and driving reliability outcomes
A hands-on mindset with a focus on delivering results
Eligibility for an Australian work visa (with sponsorship support)
