Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences
Assist in training, motivating, and mentoring team members
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in Front of House
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills




Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Must have the valid visa to work in Australia
