What we are looking for?
We are looking to add to our close knit team, a all-rounder beauty therapist who takes pride in their presentation and is passionate about what they do, are looking to grow within our business and be apart of our senior leadership team and potentially an Assistant to our manager.
This is a
CASUAL position to begin with.
Must be available to work
1x late night per week (Wed OR Thurs), Mondays, Tuesdays, Friday and Saturdays!

What does the role involve?
Participating in online training & one-one training with our Spa Trainer to perfect each treatment
Focusing on skincare consultation and retail recommendation is High Priority
Providing exceptional customer service
Delivering high quality facials, massage, body treatments, waxing, tinting and pedicures
Using LED, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, Electro-Mesotherapy & high quality active ingredients in your treatments
Building an ever-growing base of clients (regulars)
Rebooking your clients
Experience working with KPI's
Add-on's and boosters to add to your treatments for your clients

DO you have these skills and/or experience?
A Diploma in Beauty Therapy (must be fully qualified and hold a Beauty Therapy Diploma)
Minimum of 1 year in-industry experience
Experience working within Endota or a spa environment (Preferred but not essential)
A passion and interest in the beauty/ health and wellness industry
Excellent communication skills and great with people
Up-to-date on industry trends and market
