About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Customer Service Admin to support our high-performing sales team. This is a outstanding entry point into a growing business, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, order processing and day-to-day sales admin, while learning the ropes from an experienced team.
No prior experience is necessary, we're looking for the right attitude and we'll invest in training and developing you.
As Slimline continues to grow nationally, we are expanding our sales support function and investing heavily in capability, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email
Process orders, quotes, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM




Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting and account coordination
Liaise with other departments to track order status and resolve customer queries
Assist with follow-up on existing customer accounts under guidance from senior team members
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience
The Successful Candidate Will Have
A strong willingness to learn and grow within a sales customer service function
Good written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with phones, email and standard Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Outlook)
Ability to follow processes accurately, especially around data entry and order handling
A positive, can-do attitude and reliability
Highly Regarded (not essential)
Some exposure to customer service, admin, retail or sales environments
Interest in display solutions, signage, POS products or retail fit-out

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
