What you'll do:
Supervise high-end residential landscape construction projects from commencement to completion
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and apprentices
Read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and specifications




Plan daily site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain exceptional quality standards across all aspects of construction
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure sites operate safely and efficiently while meeting project deadlines
What we're looking for:
Certificate III in Landscape Construction
2-5 years' experience in a Landscape Supervisor or Leading Hand role
Confidence in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
Current Manual Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail
Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
