The Role
As a
Client Product Specialist
, you'll sit at the intersection of product, clients, and delivery. You'll work closely with key customers to roll out new features, support product adoption, gather feedback, and ensure our solutions deliver real value.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys client engagement, product delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
It a entry level product role that would suit a technical minded Account Manager or someone at the start of the journey in Product.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients throughout rollouts and product projects
Feature Rollout & Product Adoption
Collaborate with clients on beta testing, pilot programs, and early feature releases




Support smooth feature rollouts and identify adoption risks early
Capture and report post-launch feedback and issues to Engineering using internal tools (e.g. Jira)
Partner with Product and Engineering to continuously improve feature outcomes
Communication & Documentation
Create and maintain high-quality helpdesk and product documentation for all new features
Ensure documentation is approved by Engineering and validated by clients where required
Deliver clear and timely product update communications to clients
Project Management & Coordination
Manage active feature rollout and client-facing product projects
Collaborate closely with Product, Client Services, and Engineering teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations
What We're Looking For
Experience in a product, client success, implementation, or technical account role
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
Highly organised with strong documentation skills
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute beyond defined responsibilities
