With all structural steel fabrication completed in-house, we're expanding our workshop team and are looking for experienced
Fabricators, Boilermakers and Welders

About the Role
Based in our Seaford fabrication facility and reporting to the Weldshop Supervisor, you'll play an integral role in manufacturing structural steel components and modular building systems for commercial projects across Victoria.
This is a hands‐on role with opportunities to assist with site installations throughout metropolitan Melbourne when required.
Your Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld structural steel components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform MIG, ARC and general fabrication work to a high standard.
Read and interpret workshop drawings accurately.
Operate workshop machinery, power tools and fabrication equipment safely.
Assist with assembling modular building components.
Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production schedules.
Maintain a secure, clean and organised work environment.
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment (where licensed).
Assist with on‐site installation and erection works when required.




Contribute to continuous improvement and quality workmanship across the workshop.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a team, takes pride in your workmanship and has a positive, can‐do attitude.
Ideally you will have:
Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking or Engineering (Certificate III minimum).
Experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
EWP and Working at Heights tickets (desirable).
White Card.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
