Lucas Dental Care is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Glen Iris, Victoria. This is a full time position (36 hours over 4 days) that will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice.
What you'll be doing
Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available
Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Greeting and welcoming patients, and providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Attending General Anesthetics with our Paediatric Dentists throughout Melbourne
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Dental Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently




A team-player attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Australian work rights are required for this position
