Our well established GP Clinic in Yarra Junction has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse / Practice Nurse to join our passionate and dedicated healthcare team. This is a permanent position (full-time /part-time) and offers the opportunity to contribute to the high-quality medical care we provide to our patients.
What you'll be doing
Providing professional nursing care and support to our patients across all aspects of their treatment and recovery
Assisting our general practitioners (7 doctors) with examinations, procedures, and other clinical duties
Undertaking health assessments, vaccinations, wound care, and other nursing responsibilities
Triaging patients & prioritisation of emergency situations
ECG
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Contributing to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
Immunisation provider certificate (desirable but not essential)
Best Practice medical software experience (desirable but not essential)




Must be able to multi task & be very organised in a busy environment
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centred care
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
