With origins dating back to ****, you will join one of the industry's earliest pioneers of true design and construct services, and experience what advantages derive from securing projects via
protected niche market channels under 'negotiated and cost plus format'.
We are specifically looking for an individual to join our
specialist commercial insurance works team,
to deliver
remediation and rectification projects,
typically up to
$10M
, across Education, Government, Hospitality, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Projects are typically complex and require rectification and structural rebuilds of existing facilities, often in live environments,
requiring astute buildability and methodology knowledge.
Teams are well resourced and consist of a dedicated contract administrator, experienced / licensed site supervisors (running singular projects)



with formal design and safety support.
We are highly attracted to individuals that represent
stability of tenure, a track record of delivering project excellence, have a methodical / process driven approach to delivering projects, and are able to foster and further relations with clients, industry and most importantly lead their peers.
With a number of secured and diverse
projects
commencing in the back half of ****, we are looking to further invest in our specialist insurance project management capabilities. With offices across regional Queensland and the eastern seaboard, we can offer both metropolitan and regional placement and advancement opportunities.
