Dental Boutique Melton is seeking a
full-time Dental Assistant
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant who is reliable, passionate about patient care, and enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will:
Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of general, cosmetic and surgical dental procedures
Deliver an exceptional patient experience by making every patient feel comfortable and cared for
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments to ensure efficient clinical workflows
Maintain the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control
Assist with stock management, equipment maintenance and general clinical administration
Support dentists and the wider clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have
at least 1 year of Dental Assisting experience in Australia
(essential)
Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential)
Are reliable, punctual and take pride in your attendance and work ethic
Have a bubbly, positive personality and enjoy building rapport with patients
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are proactive,



adaptable and eager to learn
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Are committed to delivering exceptional patient care every day
