What You'll Do
Assist in the Coordination of venues, catering, AV and logistics for meetings, training and national events
Manage event registrations and attendee enquiries
Prepare on-site materials: signage, badges, merchandise
Support comms with accurate event listings and promotions
Assist with admin tasks including scheduling, minutes and supplier invoices
What You Bring
1-2 years' event experience
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Clear, qualified communication
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Teams & web tools
Willingness to travel and work after hours
