International Education & Migration
Assist prospective students with course enquiries and study options in Australia and New Zealand.
Guide clients in selecting the most suitable education pathway based on their goals.
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations.
Support student admissions by collecting documents and coordinating applications with education providers.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Work closely with our admissions and migration teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Speaks
Tagalog and English
fluently.




Is currently based in
Melbourne
and has work rights.
Has experience in
customer service, sales, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field
(preferred but not essential).
Enjoys building relationships and helping people achieve their education goals.
Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
