Reporting to our GM of Design and Production, you will help keep product information, timelines and documentation accurate and up to date, while ensuring information flows smoothly from design and production through to ecommerce, marketing, wholesale and operations.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who loves fashion but is equally energised by organisation, systems and getting the details right.

About the Role
As
Production Coordinator
, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between design, development, and delivery. You will support our GM of Design and Production across product development, production administration and cross‐functional product handovers.
Key responsibilities include:
Updating fit packs, style details and product documentation
Setting up styles, purchase orders and production records
Maintaining sampling and bulk production trackers
Attending fit sessions and recording notes and actions
Liaising with factories, fabric mills and suppliers
Tracking samples, approvals, fabrics, trims and delivery dates
Maintaining accurate product information across shared systems
Coordinating product handovers to ecommerce, marketing, wholesale and operations
Ensuring changes to styles, delivery dates and product details are communicated clearly
Retouching campaign and product imagery in Adobe Photoshop
Preparing and resizing imagery for ecommerce, marketing and wholesale use
Supporting product uploads, photoshoots and seasonal launch preparation
Helping improve templates,



trackers and administrative processes
About you
You are meticulous, proactive and naturally good at keeping people, information and deadlines organised.
You will bring:
One to three years' experience in fashion production, product development or a related role
An understanding of the fashion development and production process
Experience with fit packs, specifications or product documentation
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including product and campaign image retouching
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
The confidence to follow up outstanding actions and raise risks early
A calm, collaborative and accountable working style
A willingness to adopt new systems and AI‐enabled tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
Experience with Indigo8, Adobe Illustrator or a similar fashion production system would be highly regarded.
