We're a locally owned family business with showrooms at Sumner Park and Brendale, known for quality products, honest advice and outstanding customer service.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused person to join our friendly Sumner Park showroom.
This role is ideallypart-time (3-4 days per week), however we're open to discussing afull-time positionfor the right person.Please note that availability to work Saturdays (8:30am-1:30pm) is essential.
This is ashowroom-based rolewhere you'll work face-to-face with customers as they plan one of the most exciting projects in their home.
If you enjoy sales, have a flair for design and love helping customers bring their ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Assisting customers with selections for bathrooms, laundries and kitchens
Providing product advice and design guidance
Preparing quotations and processing sales
Following up enquiries and building customer relationships
Creating simple bathroom layouts using SketchUp (or learning to)




Assisting with showroom presentation
Assisting with online enquiries, website updates and occasional marketing activities.
About you
You'll bring:
Loves working with people
Enjoys sales and customer service
Has great organisational and communication skills
Is confident using computers and learning recent software
Has a flair for design and enjoys helping customers make selections
Bonus points if you have:
Interior Design qualifications or a natural eye for design
SketchUp or similar design software experience
Retail sales experience
Bathroom, kitchen or renovation industry experience
E-commerce, website or social media experience
MYOB experience (our sales and inventory system)
