At ARH Homebush, our Client Services Team is at the heart of everything we do.
Since opening in **** as New South Wales' first multi-specialist and 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital, we've supported thousands of pets, their families, and referring veterinarians through some of their most challenging moments.
As aCustomer Service Representative, you will be one of the first people our clients meet and a critical part of their journey with us.
Your compassion, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
About the Role
Working as part of a busy specialist and emergency hospital, you will:
Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and admissions
Support emergency presentations and patient arrivals
Assist with estimates, billing, and payment processing
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, nurses, and support teams
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Help deliver an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the client journey
About You
You are an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a rapid-paced environment.
You will bring:
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and administration abilities
A calm, professional, and compassionate approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in veterinary, healthcare,



or specialist services is highly regarded but not essential.
