This position suits a professional who loves furniture and understands the current trend and the consumer behaviors, able to turn own experience and expertise into revenue, to meet and exceed the monthly and yearly target.
The Role Will
Find out the customers' real needs and wants.
Provide the customers with expert solution as per their preferences and budgets.
Collaborate closely with all stake holders to ensure seamless product delivery
Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Manage the shop by taking care of everything such as shop set up, presentation, cleanliness, etc.
Manage and train the staff.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have




5 years' experience in high-end furniture or kitchen shop management (manager or 2IC) in a boutique environment.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of furniture materials, and structure.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
Demonstrated track records to successfully meet or exceed the monthly and yearly targets.
Self-motivated and disciplined, organised, and commercially astute
Reliable, punctual.
Well presented.
Hi proficiency in common computer software.
Physically fit as moving furniture items is frequently needed.
