What you'll do:
Coordinate customer requests from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Liaise with customers, internal teams and external service providers to achieve successful outcomes
Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while providing regular updates and maintaining accurate records
Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
Work collaboratively with the operations team to support continuous improvement and day-to-day business activities
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in customer service, customer support, administration or service coordination
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach to work
