Specialise in cruise, rail, and custom-tailored itineraries
THE ROLE
Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to domestic and worldwide destinations
Prepare deluxe itineraries in line with client high expectations
Manage superior and professional communication with clients and suppliers
Provide support with travel requests including airfares (issues, reissues and cancellations, etc.) accommodation, and ground transportation
Always maximise potential travel savings, whilst advising travellers on the most suitable and safe products available
Stay updated on the latest luxury travel trends to be able to provide expert advice to your clients

THE MUST HAVES
Strong luxury travel market knowledge
Experience with GAL (Smartpoint) preferred
