The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a solid work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously.This role is ideal for someone hungry who is looking to lead and continue their growth within the property industry.
About the Role
Managing a portfolio of 160 with assistance
Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
Oversee in-going, out-going and routine inspection process, with assistance
Relationship building with landlords
Arrears management
Manage all lease renewal negotiations
About You
Minimum 4 years plus property management experience
Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment




Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration
Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
Strong customer service focus
A positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Local area knowledge
Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
