Due to continued growth within our Fleet Department, we are seeking a highly organised and customer‐focusedFleet Delivery Coordinatorto join our team atIndooroopilly.
This is a rapid‐paced role where no two days are the same.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our fleet customers receive an exceptional delivery experience from order through to handover.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating new vehicle deliveries for fleet customers
Liaising with Fleet Account Managers, internal departments and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time
Scheduling registrations, accessories, pre‐delivery and detailing requirements
Preparing delivery paperwork and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
Monitoring vehicle movements and delivery timeframes via our dealer management systems
Assisting with invoicing, settlements and administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records within dealership systems
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process
What We're Looking For
Previous administration or vehicle delivery coordination experience (automotive experience highly regarded)




Outstanding organisational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Strong computer skills and confidence learning dealership management systems
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Current Australian Driver's Licence
