We're looking for a passionate and experienced Dermal Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premium clinic environment alongside industry-leading professionals while helping clients achieve their skin goals.
About the Role
As a Dermal Therapist, you will deliver personalised treatment plans and advanced skin therapies while providing an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing advanced skin treatments including:
Medical Microneedling
Clinical Chemical Peels
Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and creating tailored treatment plans
Recommending professional skincare and driving retail sales
Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
Supporting front of house operations, including bookings, client enquiries and appointment management
Maintaining the highest standards of clinic presentation and professionalism
About You




We're looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, enjoys building genuine client relationships and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
You will ideally have:
A Diploma of Dermal Science or an advanced Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent higher qualification) together with a minimum of five years' hands-on experience in a clinical or cosmetic clinic is essential.
Experience performing advanced skin treatments including chemical peels, skin needling, laser treatments and LED therapy
A strong understanding of skin conditions, treatment protocols and professional skincare
Confidence conducting consultations and developing personalised treatment plans
A natural ability to educate clients and recommend skincare products to support treatment outcomes
Excellent communication skills with a polished and skilled approach
A genuine passion for client care and achieving outstanding results
