A small boutique residential studio is seeking a talented Graduate to work on high end private residential projects. You will have proven experience in residential architecture, a high level of Revit proficiency as well as strong design, delivery and client facing skills. Must have local experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding client service on high-budget houses and other boutique projects
Work on projects from start to completion (including technical aspects)
Ensure timely and high-quality documentation and detailing
Work closely with others and mentor junior team members
Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
Work closely with clients and team members
Potentially work across 3-4 projects at any one time
Skills and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Valuable design eye - able to work through design development




Past local experience on high-budget private residential projects as demonstrated within a portfolio
Outstanding record for completing all stages pf a project from design, approvals through to construction detailing
Strong Revit knowledge
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
