RS Rewards Supermarket is an exciting new retail destination, combining premium fresh food, café dining, specialty departments and outstanding customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and professional Full time and Part-Time Security Officers to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced retail environment where safety, customer service and professionalism are our highest priorities.
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, team members and assets while providing a welcoming presence throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a visible security presence throughout the supermarket
Prevent theft, shoplifting and fraudulent activity
Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols
Respond to incidents professionally and calmly
Assist with conflict resolution and customer enquiries
Complete accurate incident reports and documentation
Work closely with Store Management and Department Managers
Support emergency procedures and evacuation plans




Maintain a protected and secure environment for customers and staff
About You
You will be:
Customer focused with excellent communication skills
Calm, confident and professional under pressure
Honest, reliable and well presented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
Essential Requirements
Current Victorian Security Licence
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
Current Driver Licence (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work rotating rosters, including evenings and weekends
Previous retail security experience highly regarded
