As a Building Support Client Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in that journey, acting as the key point of contact throughout the construction process and ensuring every client feels informed, supported and confident every step of the way.

About the role
Support all REIF clients from land settlement, through the construction journey of their recent property and beyond
Liaise with and work as a team with other REIF departments
Work with builders and their extended teams to support the client journey process




Work with the REIF Property Specialists and Finance Specialists to keep key dates in focus and support with construction progress payments
Work with our business-to-business network to ensure a smooth process upholding brand and reputation.
Referrals to our network of suppliers as a part of the holistic journey
Support with client property handovers including coordinating property managers, building inspectors, property valuers and quantity surveyors
Post Care support at key dates for all completed client builds
Professional attributes, skills and experience required:
Previous experience dealing with residential construction extremely advantageous!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable approach to customer service with recent previous experience
Attention to detail and punctuality
Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed client's expectations and business performance requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email and face to face
Genuine enjoyment in talking to clients and helping people
An open mind with a flexible attitude – we are always improving, and we value your input
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
