As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Brisbane on a permanent night shift roster, supporting a large-scale food manufacturing facility.
About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established national contractor while working in office at a modern FMCG manufacturing facility.
You'll become part of a skilled maintenance team responsible for ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently, carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response across a fast‐paced production environment.
This is a permanent night shift position operating on a 7-day roster.

Key Responsibilities




Perform electrical fault finding and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance activities.
Diagnose and repair electrical, control and automation system faults.
Work with motors, drives, sensors and industrial automation equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and site compliance.
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong fault‐finding and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with PLC‐controlled equipment (highly regarded).
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
