The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Client Relations, you'll spend around75% of your time managing your own novated leasing pipelineand25% coaching and supporting a team of four Consultants and two Settlement Officers.
You'll remain hands‐on while helping build a high-performing, customer‐focused team.
About You
Proven experience in novated leasing
Leadership, mentoring or senior consultant experience
Strong communication and coaching skills
A positive, solutions-focused approachExperience working in a target-driven environment
Experience with Catch‐e is highly regarded.
