Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Officer plays a key role in supporting our customers, coordinating enquiries, and delivering a high standard of service across the transport operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
Provide customers with information on transport services, delivery schedules, routes and pricing.
Resolve customer enquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using internal systems.
Build knowledge of our transport services and provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Experience role, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solid customer focus.
The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information and resolve customer enquiries.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer service systems or databases.
