We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Budget Steel in GYMPIE, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will provide you with hands-on experience and training in various administrative and sales-related tasks, helping you develop a broad skillset. The role is based in our Gympie office, with opportunities for continued professional development and growth within the company.
What you'll be doing
Providing excellent sales support to customers, including data entry, invoicing, order processing, and general office duties
Assisting with inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries, and providing exceptional customer service
Participating in the sales process, including generating quotes, following up on leads, and helping to build and maintain solid customer relationships
Supporting the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, such as organising events and managing customer databases
Continuously learning and developing your skills to contribute to the ongoing success of the business

Some previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would be highly regarded, but not essential
